Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for helping senior care organizations thrive? AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is seeking a high-performing Traveling Sales Representative to drive growth within the Long-Term Care and Senior Living sector across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.

In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with executive leaders, and present innovative rehabilitation solutions to potential clients. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Skilled Nursing, CCRCs, and Assisted Living communities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects, developing strong “C Suite” relationships.
  • Create and deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry regulations.
  • Utilize CRM tools and MS Office Suite to track sales activity and maintain accurate prospect data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales processes and integrate new accounts smoothly.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales activity, revenue, and profitability goals

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Skilled Nursing, CCRC, or Assisted Living industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related healthcare field.
  • Proven success in high-level contract negotiations and executive relationship management.
  • Formalized, professional sales training preferred.
  • Strong experience in solution-based selling and ROI-driven sales strategies.
  • A well-established network of executive-level contacts in the region.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Virginia.
