Accounting Billing Analyst
After onsite training, you will be expected to be onsite within this amazing office 2 days a week and working from home the other 3 days. For the chosen professional that goes above and beyond, it may turn into a permanent opportunity.
salary: $23 - $24 per hourshift: First

Responsibilities- Work within a Fortune 500 Financial Services Accounting Controller's team of 10-15 colleagues
- Accountable for the invoice billing functions
- Enter invoice data points into their accounting system of record
- Research discrepancies
- Provide supporting documentation for payments to be processed
- Review, process, and audit expense reports
- Assist in preparing and running monthly reports to be distributed to case managers
- Reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare adjusted journal entries at month-end
- Assist the Accounting Manager with additional projects surrounding time-sheet review, expense analysis, and internal/external audits
