Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily processing of financial gifts via mail and digital channels.
• Assist in maintaining donor database records to ensure system integrity.
• Work with the Database Manager to extract data for direct mail appeals.
• Analyze and report on the performance of all appeals.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the donor database system.
• Add and edit donor provided information in the database.
• Engage with donors through phone calls, emails, and other requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of donor requests.
• Generate acknowledgment letters for donors.
• Supervise the Donor Services Team to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of donations.
• Provide support and education to the Donor Services team to foster a donor-centric culture.
• Must possess knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems
• Must have skills in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prior experience in a supervisory role is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills are required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required.
