Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Professional to help maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our office buildings

Position Title: Temporary Full Time Facilities & Maintenance Professional
Position Type: Full Time (Temporary)
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Location: Bayville, NJ
Department: Administration

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00Hourly

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general upkeep of facilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any issues requiring attention
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed diligently
Collaborate with the team to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the facilities
Assist with set-up and breakdown for events as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities maintenance
Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Willingness to work as a part of a team
