Summary:
A Freight Forwarding Company in Riviera Beach is looking to hire a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. This position is responsible for repairing mobile harbor cranes, straddle carriers, reach stackers, rotators and spreaders. Operates, inspects and troubleshoots mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical failures on equipment as required and diagnose defects.Rebuilds engines, transmissions and their components as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical & hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs on Gottwald Cranes, Liebherr Cranes, Kalmar * * Straddle Carriers, Reach Stackers, etc
- Work on equipment both outdoors & inside the shop
