Position Summary
The EHS Auditor & Trainer is responsible for providing comprehensive on site safety audits and developing and conducting environmental health and safety training to employees and maintaining course materials. They are self-motivated, coachable, growth-oriented individuals who possess the skills necessary to develop and implement training for not only meeting, but exceeding, health, safety, and environmental performance.The EHS Auditor & Trainer will interact with a variety of personnel including executives, engineers, and other business professionals. This individual will be required to possess excellent written and oral communication skills (including public speaking) to effectively describe problems, solutions, and ideas.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement training program for company employees including onboarding and professional development.
- Required to travel in and out of markets to conduct comprehensive safety audits on a monthly basis. Expected up to 60% travel, with 40% work from home or office.
- Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate training progress and support organization in assessing training needs.
- Conduct EHS compliance evaluations for Centerline, subsidiaries, and subcontracted crews on a monthly basis.
- Monitor compliance with safety procedures.
- Draft inspection reports to document inspection findings.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
- Demonstrate strong analytical ability and technical skills, and coordinate with team members the review of project deliverables to ensure project
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Independently manage scheduling to align with auditing and training requirements as outlined in the schedule.

Requirements:
- 5 years of related experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong document production skills (proficiency in Word and Excel), and technical writing ability.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; with the ability to meet deadlines independently.Working knowledge of Safety Data Management System preferred.
Ability to travel on short notice to, US and Canada as required.

The pay range for this position in California is $80,000-92,000. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience (in addition to medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered).
