Position Overview:
We are recruiting for a Senior Consultant who will support the critical functions for mission clients in the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans and business processes to establish and evolve common OSINT tradecraft and training standards, ensuring compatibility with other intelligence discipline standards.
- Drive the development and regular updates of tradecraft and training standards to keep pace with the dynamic open source technology landscape.
- Work directly with OSINT users and Community OSINT Managers for outreach efforts across the area
- Develop and manage comprehensive user adoption, communication, and marketing plans to support Corporate Governance Planning, Management, and Execution activities.
- Manage schedules, technical engagements, deliverables, and communications, ensuring formal programmatic documentation aligns with the IC’s evolving needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing tradecraft and training standards
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with data reporting and analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating Generative Artificial Intelligenc (GAI) into business processes and workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Experience with data tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or advanced Excel functions.
