Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk in Belchertown, Massachusetts. This role entails managing customer interactions, scheduling, data entry, and billing in a dynamic environment. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

• Handle incoming phone calls and ensure efficient communication
• Organize and maintain the calendar for scheduling appointments
• Process incoming mail and conduct weekly deed transfer mailings
• Oversee social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram
• Assist with website management tasks
• Process project invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Carry out data entry tasks and billing operations
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage and organize data
• Account reconciliation, invoice processing, and managing accounts payable and receivable using software like Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) is essential
• Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed
• The role demands skills in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Data Entry is a must
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required
• Knowledge of Oracle is a significant plus
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable
• Familiarity with SAP is beneficial
