education: Associate

• Install, maintain, and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems, including production and packaging machines, motors, and conveyor belts.
• Troubleshoot & repair PLCs, sensors, control panels, and other electrical components.
• Optimize automation systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools like multimeters to identify and resolve electrical issues.
• Interpret schematics & PLC programming to ensure proper installation and system functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance & inspections to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve processes and implement electrical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
