Part-time Bookkeeper

We are in search of a Part-time Bookkeeper (32 hours per week) to join our team in the Rental/Leasing Services industry located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with various accounting duties such as reconciliations and closing month-end, along with maintaining accurate financial records.

• Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency of entries.
• Manage the process of closing month-end accounts to ensure timely reporting.
• Prepare and enter journal entries as required.
• Conduct account analysis when necessary to understand financial status.
• Utilize Yardi Software for various accounting and financial tasks.
• Implement strong accounting knowledge to manage all financial processes effectively.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Proven experience in Month End Close procedures
• Ability to accurately process Journal Entries
• Familiarity with Yardi and Yardi Software
• Ability to perform detailed Account Analysis
• Previous experience in the Rental/Leasing Services industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
