Business Analyst

The job function includes maintaining and improving business processes, providing technical solutions, and managing business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and track project progress.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in business processes and propose effective solutions.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing, analysis, and documentation.
• Implement AB Testing methods to optimize business strategies and processes.
• Manage CRM platforms to maintain customer relationships and enhance business operations.
• Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents to ensure business needs are adequately and accurately captured.
• Oversee claim administration activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Participate in business process functions to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and processes.
• Regularly update and maintain accurate customer records. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required
• Expertise in CRM systems is essential
• Must have experience in Gap Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with AB Testing techniques is necessary
• Agile Scrum knowledge is a must
• Understanding of Business Process Functions is needed
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Claim Administration is required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
