Charge Nurse - Progressive Care
Overview:
Our Progressive Care team is looking for a Charge RN to join its team. Charge RN will work dnder the direction of the Nursing Director, works with the Department RN Manager and RN Assistant Manager as a part of the management/leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes which includes patient flow, exceptional care experiences, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s).May provide direct patient care

Qualifications:
Other information:- Associates degree in Nursing required.
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License Academic Preparation:
- Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
- Required Certification from either AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
- BLS: All RN roles
- ACLS: Emergency Department, Critical Care, Cardiovascular Lab, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Progressive Care, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
- NRP: Family Birthing Center, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother/Baby Care
- PALS: Children Services, Cardiovascular Lab, Emergency Department, GI Lab, Interventional Radiology, Surgical Services Pre-Op and Recovery Room
