Sales Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant in Coral Gables, Florida. The successful candidate will be part of a team that supports the general counsel and one of the partners. The role involves a wide range of activities including calendar management and travel arrangements.

• Coordinate travel and manage calendar for the general counsel and one of the partners
• Utilize CRM and Crystal Reports for data processing and reporting
• Handle cash activity and cash handling tasks in line with financial services standards
• Process and respond to inbound calls, providing quality customer service
• Use ADP and Concur systems for financial management and travel arrangements respectively
• Actively participate in buying processes to support sales activities
• Maintain and update customer records in a timely and accurate manner
• Use 'About Time' software for effective time management and task tracking
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services
• Experience with Concur software
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to generate and interpret Crystal Reports
• Strong skills in data processing
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Understanding of buying processes
• Ability to manage cash activity efficiently
• Experience in cash handling
