Overview:
The global IT infrastructure team is looking for a local technician to provide users support for our new facility in Dayton.
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintaining and updating local servers.
- Review Beontag’s IT infrastructure, IT systems, and IT security with the Corporate Global IT Team.
- Microsoft 365 management – users and groups creation, passwords management, access right / control management, Intune management.
- New laptop ordering and OS/apps installations.
- Mobile phone management, ordering and setups/installations.
- IT outsourcing and IT supplier management and control, selecting, hiring, and following global standards.
- IT Infrastructure and IT Hardware documentation.
- IT inventory management.
- Printer maintenance.
- Designing test cases.
- Performing internal IT tests and monitoring user acceptance testing.
- Planning and monitoring go-live activities.
- Project Management.
- Align with the global team on locally defined solution roadmaps.
- Be a partner in digital transformation for all company areas.
- Manage contracts with outsourced companies.
- Support and lead new deliveries in another business units located in different countries.
Qualifications:
Mandatory:
- Prior experience within manufacturing environments.
- Strong influencing and teamwork skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 management.
Nice to have:
- Certificate on ITIL V4 Foundation.
- Knowledge in elaborating Business Cases.
- Completed higher education in Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related fields
