Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

This is an in-office position with a competitive base salary and bonus program.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the drafting and preparation of legal documents related to personal injury litigation
• Conduct thorough case management using relevant software such as Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
• Manage the discovery process, ensuring all relevant information is obtained and organized
• Prepare for trial by assembling all necessary materials and coordinating logistics
• Handle high volume of cases while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency
• Utilize CompuLaw for effective calendar management and scheduling
• Perform billing functions accurately, ensuring all client information is up-to-date
• Administer claims, liaising with relevant parties as needed
• Ensure clear and effective communication with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders
• Brief legal teams and clients on case updates and potential strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
• Proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
• Experienced in using Case Management Software
• Familiarity with CompuLaw
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Skilled in Briefing and Calendar Management
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience working with Personal Injury Plaintiffs
• Experience in Litigation - Plaintiff
