Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of accounts payable checks.
- Respond to vendor inquiries, resolving payment issues with efficiency.
- Maintain organized records, including invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Process voucher uploads in PeopleSoft, identifying and correcting any errors.
- Verify check accuracy and swiftly address discrepancies.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to employee inquiries regarding expense vouchers and payments.
What You Bring:
- Proficiency with computer systems; familiarity with PeopleSoft is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and dependability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
