Join our client's Customer Support Center Processing team, where you'll play an integral role in managing critical administrative and financial tasks. This largely computer-based position involves minimal phone work, allowing you to dedicate your attention to tasks like beneficiary updates, reinstatements, annuity applications, loan processing, and cash surrenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Customer Support Center (CSC) worklist actions with precision and attention to detail.
- Process and track annuity applications
- Analyze member inquiries, identify necessary steps for resolution, and process requests accurately within designated timeframes.
- Ensure accuracy in financial and administrative tasks critical to our members.
- Independently manage and prioritize your workflow while maintaining productivity.
- Collaborate as needed by engaging trainers or team members for support.
