Operations Analyst / Reporting Specialist

The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing complex data, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining financial data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Accounting: Manage and analyze portfolio data to ensure accuracy in performance reporting, including running and verifying performance data.
• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile financial data across various platforms and reports, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Reporting: Produce 1099 forms and any supplemental reporting data as needed. Assist with other tax-related projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Software Utilization: Utilize TAMARAC software platform for reporting, billing, and trading, ensuring all processes are followed within the platform's capabilities.
• Attention to Detail: Review data, reports, and reconciliations meticulously, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless data flow, assist with reporting needs, and support any operational improvements.
• Onsite two days per week (Tues & Thurs) in Redwood City

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in portfolio accounting and performance data management.
• Experience with data reconciliation processes and ensuring the integrity of financial data.
• Familiarity with TAMARAC software or similar platforms is required.
• Ability to produce tax-related reports, including 1099 forms and supplemental data.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services or investment management.
• Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in an operations or reporting analyst role for 2+ years.
