Cath Lab Tech - CLT-AHNJ - Lowell

Contract Duration: 12 weeks

Schedule: 4 days per week, 9.5-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), rotational weekday and weekend on-call for STEMI procedures

Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team for a 12-week contract. The role involves assisting in various cardiac and vascular procedures and supporting the physician throughout the pre, intra, and post-procedure phases. This position requires both scrub and monitoring skills and includes rotational on-call duties for STEMI cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and assist with cardiac catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI), and other procedures (e.g., peripheral vascular and pacemaker implants).
• Monitor, document, and calculate hemodynamic data during procedures.
• Manage access sites and provide procedural support to physicians.
• Follow on-call protocols for emergency procedures.
• Prepare and maintain procedural equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Licensed Radiologic Technologist or RCIS certification (preferred).
• BLS and ACLS certification (required). IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) experience (required).
• Strong background in cardiac cath lab procedures with both scrub and monitor expertise.
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED (required).
