ADP Workforce Now Project Manager

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an ADP Workforce Now Project Manager in Chicago, Illinois. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiencies across HR, Finance, and IT sectors. As a vital member of our team, you will help refine payroll systems, implement process controls, and ensure compliance across various states.

• Lead the execution of system audits within ADP Workforce Now to identify and reconcile discrepancies in payroll calculations, benefits, tax remittance, expense reimbursements, and other vital workflows.
• Manage multi-state payroll operations and ensure compliance with state-specific tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Labor Departments and Tax Authorities to troubleshoot errors, respond to compliance notices, and proactively mitigate future issues.
• Configure and modify pay codes, benefits settings, and reporting frameworks in ADP WFN to meet evolving business needs and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to pinpoint system and process pain points, map workflows and engineer sustainable solutions for improved integration and automation.
• Develop and implement system controls, deliver technical documentation, and provide training for employees when changes are implemented. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role, preferably with a focus on ADP Workforce Now
• Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications in business
• Demonstrable experience with CRM systems and their implementation
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, particularly IBM solutions
• Experience with About Time software for efficient project time management
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management
• Proven expertise in managing budget processes for large-scale projects
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the construction industry would be a significant advantage
• Deep knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
