Accounting Clerk needs accounting/bookkeeping experience

Accounting Clerk requires:

• Training in accounting or bookkeeping
• Experience in a position with accounting or bookkeeping duties
• Organizational skills,
• Data entry
• Some accounting or bookkeeping,
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook,
• 10-key by touch and basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, fractions, decimals, and calculations, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.

Accounting Clerk duties:

• Data Enter, analyze, and trouble shoot errors in the database reports.Receive cost items into operating system and backup inventory control coordinator.Reconcile reports and audit entrie
• Provide administrative support.
• Provide support role in the finance department of our label manufacturing plant in southwest Dallas.
• Follow generally defined procedures and performs data entry tasks in an accurate and timely fashion according to team production standards.
• Perform standard data entry tasks according to team minimum production and accuracy standards, examine data records, inspect and record incoming data for completeness, accuracy of codes and other potential problems in processing.
