Windows Client Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a Windows Client Engineer to join our Global Information Systems group in Pittsburgh, PA. The Windows Client Engineer will play a key role in managing and supporting Windows Client Technologies, focusing on SCCM and Intune management, and contributing to the transition to Windows 11.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Windows Client Technologies, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Microsoft SCCM and Intune for software deployment and client device management.
• Assist in the upgrade and transition to Windows 11.
• Efficiently manage and resolve escalated support tickets.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Proficient in PowerShell Scripting.
• Familiarity with Application Packaging Technologies.
• Experience with PatchMyPC.
• Ability to manage iOS and Android devices.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility verification will be required at the time of hire.
