Phone Sales Representative

At A Glance:

We are seeking an energetic and reliable professional to join the SiriusXM Automotive Remarketing Team as a Phone Sales Representative. This position involves making outbound calls to dealerships participating in SiriusXM’s Dealer Programs to help resolve program issues and update dealership contact information.
This individual will be responsible for handling customer issues promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment. We are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to problem solve and make quick, accurate decisions.

This position may require inbound calls as well. We're hiring immediately!

Important Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary customer service representative for dealers who require resolution to their program account or have questions about SiriusXM’s Dealer Programs
  • Make outbound calls to dealers and take appropriate action for each call following suggested process provided
  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging conversation
  • Understand and utilize company processes to immediately resolve dealer issues or escalate issues to appropriate team members.
  • Work with dealers to troubleshoot data flow issues and resolve.
  • Adjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averages
  • Log daily activity and key contacts into SiriusXM customer database to keep each dealership record updated
  • Perform other duties as assigned·
  • Research and Analyze data to identify opportunity

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • 2+ years of sales or call center representative/program headquarters experience
  • High level of professionalism and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and requirements accordingly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Preferred: Understanding and background experience with dealership DMS

Pay:

  • $46,000 - $48,000 USD a year
