- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound and outbound calls
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with data entry tasks
- Ability to manage email correspondences effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments efficiently
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Experience working in educational institutions is preferred
