  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with data entry tasks
  • Ability to manage email correspondences effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule appointments efficiently
  • Fluency in Spanish language
  • Experience working in educational institutions is preferred
