Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all scopes of work including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and Concrete.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Leading project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to site conditions, design changes, or contractor performance.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
Key qualifications include:
- Proven experience leading projects valued at $10M+ from inception to completion, with a focus on major retail stores such as Walmart, Kroger, Costco, and Meijer.
- Ability to travel to job sites in Ohio and Michigan 1-2 times per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
- Strong leadership skills, including managing teams of contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, while maintaining a clear line of communication across all project stakeholders.
- Expertise in conducting and leading client meetings, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues related to construction logistics, design changes, and site conditions.

The salary range for the position is between $100,000 and $130,000, based on qualifications and experience.In addition to the base salary, the candidate will have access to a profit-sharing program, offering a performance-based incentive that allows them to share in the company's success.
