• Manage the firm's calendar, scheduling meetings and events as needed
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Proficiency in Bankruptcy - Creditor procedures
