Accounting Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be expected to oversee various accounting functions, manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), and ensure the efficient operation of our accounting software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and tax compliance
• Review and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices
• Supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day activities including auditing and internal controls
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits and liaise with external auditors
• Implement and maintain accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to optimize business functionality
• Manage month-end and year-end closing and organize company financial records
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports and statements
• Expertise in ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, Concur, and other related software
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Proven proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with NetSuite
• Proficiency in using Concur software
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Experience in managing various accounting functions
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) management
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated skills in auditing
• Experience in billing functions
