Administrative Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Richmond, California. This role plays a key part in our administrative operations and will require the successful candidate to perform a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.

This role is based 100% onsite and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Processing customer applications with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Conducting data entry tasks as required
  • Managing email correspondence with customers and team members
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls as needed
  • Utilizing Microsoft office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for the COO as required
  • Scanning and uploading files to shared drives for easy access and organization
  • Providing overall administrative support to the COO and the team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in managing email correspondence in a professional setting
  • Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
