Administrative Assistant

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Richmond, California. This role plays a key part in our administrative operations and will require the successful candidate to perform a variety of tasks, including processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving customer inquiries.
This role is based 100% onsite and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Processing customer applications with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Conducting data entry tasks as required
- Managing email correspondence with customers and team members
- Handling both inbound and outbound calls as needed
- Utilizing Microsoft office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the COO as required
- Scanning and uploading files to shared drives for easy access and organization
- Providing overall administrative support to the COO and the team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in managing email correspondence in a professional setting
- Proven ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
