Objectives of this role:

  • Work together with our Principles and Client Experience Team to harness their established credibility and relationships, integrating them into your sales approach to enhance client engagement and drive expansion efforts designed to build your sales pipeline and achieve expansion sales targets
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with customers and prospects within your assigned territory
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for all opportunities including initial client communication, professional presentations, RFP submission, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Work in close collaboration with HdL’s Operations and Management teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customers’ business and technology needs
  • Adhere to all HdL Sales, Human Resource, and corporate ethical policies, standards, and guidelines
  • Demonstrate strong personal communication and presentation skills to establish interest, credibility, and trust
Job Responsibilities
  • Use of Salesforce CRM to track your territories sales pipeline
  • Maintain up-to-date information on all assigned accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • All sales opportunities will have a next step and have up-to-date metadata
  • Follow and trust in the sales process
  • Use of MEDDICC qualification process
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows and on-site meetings within your territory
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven mind with an eye for creativity
  • Experience with sales automation and CRM tools
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field
  • +2 years’ experience selling in a quota driven sales organization

Compensation

The starting base salary for this Brea, CA position is expected to be between $73,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
