We are currently in search of an experienced OMHC Psychiatric Nurse Director for our Eastern Region, covering a market that consists of Baltimore and Elkton locations. The Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC)Director at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries (“Kolmac” or the “Company”) will provide administrative oversight, leadership, and vision to the OMHC services provided at the three Concerted Care Group (CCG) locations.
The OMHC Psychiatric Nurse Director is ultimately responsible for the administration and management of the Mental Health Services, including clinical, business, fiscal, and plant management and maintenance. This individual may delegate portions of these tasks to others, but ultimate responsibility and authority of compliance with the directions of the Governing Body lie with this individual.This incumbent is responsible for the long- and short-term planning, program evaluation and compliance with federal, state, local and independent regulatory statue.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator, provide direct management of the mental health group practice, including the mental health vocational program and PRP
- Supervise licensed therapists from a Nursing perspective (including LGSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, and LCPC): provide clinical and administrative guidance for regulatory compliance - hire, train, develop, and discipline
- Engage in community education, outreach and referral generation
- Ensure adequate documentation of charting and reporting to ensure compliance and quality care
- Ensure programmatic goals for service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality of care and quantity of services
- Identify areas of programmatic need and contribute to system development for program growth
- Develop knowledge of community resources and develop integrated relationships with outside providers and supporters
- Ensure continuity of care between internal and external providers
- Write, edit, review, and update policies and procedures needed for all clinical programs
- Ensures integration of care within CCG between programs
- Serves as project lead for implementation of new clinical services to ensure compliance with clinical protocols and efficiency of patient flow
- Responsible for higher level knowledge of all programs and training of all EBPs under his/her direct supervision
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field; Bachelor’s degree plus two years related experience can substitute for a Master’s degree
- Fully licensed in his/her mental health profession in the State of Maryland as a NP
- Supervisory and Health Care Program Administration training or experience

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75 a hour to $85 a hour. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, licensure, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
