Receptionist

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Oil & Gas industry in Long Beach, California. This role will involve a variety of tasks including handling phone calls, managing mail and relieving the front desk.

• Field incoming calls on a switchboard with 1-10 lines
• Distribute incoming mail throughout the Support Center
• Prepare outgoing mail and FedEx packages for dispatch
• Provide coverage for the front desk during breaks and lunch • Minimum of 1 year experience in a receptionist role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proficiency in operating switchboards, ideally with experience handling 1-10 lines.
• Capable of managing daily mail duties efficiently and accurately.
• Experience in handling and organizing mail packages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
