• Lead, supervise, and train a team of shipping/receiving clerks.
• Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize UPS and FedEx software for tracking, scheduling, and shipping label creation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and proper handling.
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
• Oversee the proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Resolve any shipping/receiving discrepancies and work with vendors or carriers to address issues.
