Responsibilities- Lead, supervise, and train a team of shipping/receiving clerks.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Utilize UPS and FedEx software for tracking, scheduling, and shipping label creation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and proper handling.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
- Oversee the proper handling, storage, and organization of inventory.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Resolve any shipping/receiving discrepancies and work with vendors or carriers to address issues.
