NOW HIRING - DIRECT HIRE - IMMEDIATE START Maintenance Technicians (Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and mechanical equipment for production) Location: Bensenville, IL Salary: $35+/hour, depending on experience Shifts Available: 2nd shift (2 PM – 10 PM) and 3rd shift (10 PM – 6 AM)

education: High School

• Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment by performing planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems and AC/DC drives.
• Be available for emergency repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and manuals to perform required maintenance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks using computerized systems and data analysis.
• Support production systems, including line/lube delivery, resin delivery, and process systems.
• Document work orders in CMMS accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with other departments and management about potential issues affecting production.
• Maintain parts inventory and notify Supervisor of low stock levels.
• Follow all safety protocols (OSHA standards, LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.) and ensure a clean, safe work area.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
