Treasury Manager

TREASURY MANAGER - Multi-Site Industry Leader in Lawrenceville, GA

The Treasury Manager will work closely with various finance personnel, managing all aspects of cash management, treasury operations, payments, and banking relationships.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's treasury operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Supervise cash management activities, including maintaining controls over cash and minimizing bank fees, to ensure cost-effective and efficient treasury systems.
• Execute daily cash management functions such as wire transfers, ACH, information reporting, and investigate any exceptions as required.
• Automate treasury processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Work on special projects as needed and provide back-up for other Corporate Treasury functions.
• Act as a Treasury Subject Matter Expert on cross-functional teams for new business ventures, business process improvements, new/enhanced technology projects, and other integrations.
• Manage staff effectively, from recruitment and selection to performance management, development, and recognition.
• Continually identify, recommend, and implement improvements to treasury systems and banking platforms.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Certified Treasury Professional preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience with treasury management systems preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• A passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex issues in an accessible manner.
• Demonstrated success in effective recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
