• Inspect pallets for damage and wear
• Conduct repairs using appropriate tools and equipment
• Sort pallets by condition and size for reuse
• Maintain compliance with safety standards
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
