Customer Support Representative

salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: First
work hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to a high volume of inbound customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and support.
- Process orders, price quotes, returns, and account updates while maintaining accurate records.
- Troubleshoot basic product and service issues, escalating when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure issue resolution.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and call-handling guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 0-1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Skills:
- strong phone communication and active listening abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to different customer interactions and maintain professionalism.
- Proficiency with computers and customer service tools.
