• Manage multiple industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Operate as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Deliver estimates, bids, and proposals while overseeing procurement and subcontractor selection.
• Run project meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts to ensure smooth execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.
• Lead and mentor junior project managers, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.
• Enforce safety regulations and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to shape project strategies and long-term company goals.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of lead project management experience in ground-up construction.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in industrial, commercial, or agricultural projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating and preconstruction; self-perform experience preferred.
• Education: CM degree is a plus but not required.
• Work Style: Independent, hands-on, and capable of managing projects with minimal support.
• Personality: Team-oriented, adaptable, and low-ego with a strong work ethic.

• Location: Must live within a 45-minute commute to Watertown.

• Salary: Salary up to $130
• Bonus: Discretionary, 10-15% of base salary (historically consistent).
