Job Description- Manage multiple industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Operate as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Deliver estimates, bids, and proposals while overseeing procurement and subcontractor selection.
- Run project meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts to ensure smooth execution.
- Create and maintain project documentation, contracts, and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor junior project managers, ensuring knowledge transfer and team development.
- Enforce safety regulations and compliance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to shape project strategies and long-term company goals.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: Minimum 5 years of lead project management experience in ground-up construction.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in industrial, commercial, or agricultural projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in estimating and preconstruction; self-perform experience preferred.
- Education: CM degree is a plus but not required.
- Work Style: Independent, hands-on, and capable of managing projects with minimal support.
- Personality: Team-oriented, adaptable, and low-ego with a strong work ethic.
- Energy & Approach: High-energy, proactive, and relationship-driven, prioritizing long-term client partnerships.
- Location: Must live within a 45-minute commute to Watertown.
- Preferred Background: Experience with top regional GCs like JP Cullen, Findorff, Miron, or CD Smith
- Salary: Salary up to $130
- Bonus: Discretionary, 10-15% of base salary (historically consistent).

- Vehicle: $350/month vehicle allowance + gas expensed.
