Job Description

Senior Estimator

Award Winning GC
South of Boston
Responsibilities
Analyze construction plans to successfully prepare cost, labor, and materials estimates
Work closely with subcontractors, engineers and architects
Attend project planning meetings
Work along side Chief Estimator
Successfully consult with clients and vendors to formulate accurate estimates

Qualifications:
6+ years of Estimating Experience
Experience working with a large General Contractor on large-scale projects
Multifamily, Assisted Living, Wood-frame experience (preferred)
Experience coaching junior estimators
