Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication skills.
• Document events in medical record including observations, evaluation results, and responses to treatment.
• Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of equipment, materials, and supplies used for assessment.
• Provide patients and their families with education and counseling on communication disorders and treatment options.

Requirements:

Requirements:

• MA or MS in speech-language pathology.
• State licensure as speech-language pathologist. Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• Minimum of two years experience as speech-language pathologist, preferably in medical setting.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for helping patients with communication disorders.
