Requirements for the PeopleSoft role on the supply chain team

• Multiple years configuring, troubleshooting, testing, and supporting PeopleSoft ePro (eProcurement) and supply chain
• Problem identification, troubleshooting and resolution of PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Applications
• Hospital/Healthcare industry experience is required
• Review and respond to client support requests on covered PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM Applications
• Lead and manage major configuration changes / project work in PeopleSoft 9.2 SCM
• Identifying, writing and managing business requirements.
• Lead and manage functional design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations (including scenario design, flow mapping
• Lead and manage and support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training.
• Ability to design and create queries using PeopleSoft Query
• Skills - Self starter: able to take an unclear goal, suss out the objectives, and complete or manage all tasks to achieve customer requirements
• Work independently and as part of the team
• Communicate clearly to all stakeholders
