Open roles: Case managers, clinicians (Adult, Child and Family, SUD, WISe, ECS, IDD, Supportive Housing, ect.), peer support specialists, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Registered Nurses (RN), client services assistants, residential support staff members, and care coordinators.

Qualifications:

We are hiring for various roles across clinical and non-clinical teams. Whether you’re an experienced behavioral health professional or are considering a career change, we’d love to meet you!

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Educational requirements will vary depending on the position. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required for all positions. Candidates with bachelor's and master's degrees are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience working within behavioral health, recovery, human services, homelessness, or with disabled populations is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, & SKILLS
  • Strong commitment to working with individuals with a mental illness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work as a team.
  • Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to manage, or learn to manage, crisis effectively.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, & REGISTRATIONS
  • Washington State driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
  • Must successfully pass criminal background checks.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
