Customer Service Representative

This is a contract position opportunity and is an immediate start. You will be working full-time on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries
• Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts
• Process and verify customer credit applications with precision
• Ensure customer records are accurate and up to date
• Uphold high standards of customer service at all times
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks.
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Document all customer interactions and communications.
• Perform data entry tasks related to customer service.is
• Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Prior experience working within the mortgage industry
• Prior experience working in the mortgage or banking industries
• Proficiency in Office software is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
