We are a nationally recognized design firm seeking a Roadway Project Engineer to take the lead on transportation projects for public and private sector clients. This role offers the chance to work on impactful projects in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

**Design roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) for highways, local roads, and expressways, adhering to state and local standards.

**Build 3D roadway models using GEOPAK and Open Roads tools.

**Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align designs with project goals, providing innovative solutions to challenges.

**Oversee and review the work of technicians, designers, and junior engineers to ensure quality and timeliness.

**Prepare engineering reports, contracts, and perform peer reviews of team deliverables.

**Evaluate contract plans and calculations from external sources for compliance with design codes.

**Serve as Engineer-of-Record for medium-sized transportation projects.

**Participate in internal and external project presentations, offering design insights and solutions.

**Support marketing efforts through resume updates, technical proposal contributions, and campaign participation.

**Mentor team members, promote positive collaboration, and actively pursue personal and professional growth.
