Executive/Personal Assistant at Family Office
The Finance Manager will train the assistant on handling finances.
About the Job:
Supervise financial and operational aspects of family properties, yachts, and aircraft
Manage purchase and sale transactions, as well as construction and renovation projects
Manage personal staff, coordinating household logistics, courier services
Event planning and personalized projects
Oversee travel arrangements in collaboration with travel service teams to ensure seamless experiences
Facilitate personal and family foundation charitable giving, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
Oversee insurance policies. Manage claims, coordinate with providers, and ensure proper asset registration and coverage
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, external advisors, service providers, and household staff, fostering strong, long-term relationships
Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting accuracy, compliance, and a collaborative office culture
Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting. Review and approve personal bills, invoices, and bank transfers to ensure timely execution.
About You:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related support position
Previous experience supporting a HNW individual or executive
BA/BS from a college or university a plus
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Tech savvy
Dynamic and proactive comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication skills
