Job Description- The construction project manager will be responsible for all activities related to the construction projects including: procurement, submittals, creating and maintaining scheduling to ensure an on-time completion, and to work within the budget parameters

The Successful Applicant- A bachelor degree preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field
- 7-12 years as a Project Manager
- Project experience needed within light industrial, entertainment, and large commercial projects
- Outgoing and collaborative personality
- Be able to work with clients and subcontractors
- Have a history of goal setting and adhering to time lines and budgets
- Have exemplary organisational skills
- Be able to run divisions independently
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Prolog
- History of project management work with established companies
- Salary ranging from $130,000-$150,000
