Job Description

The General Manager/ Site Lead will be responsible for:

Decisive and strategic leader who aligns operations with company goals
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and operational excellence
Strong financial oversight, including P&L management, cost control, and capital investment decisions
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance productivity
Effective team builder focused on talent retention, engagement, and workforce development
Strong relationship management skills to ensure customer satisfaction and supply chain efficiency
Hands-on, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs

The Successful Applicant

The successful General Manager/ Site Lead will have what follows:

BS in any Engineering discipline
5+ years of operations, engineering or manufacturing management
Track record of developing new processes and establishing site leadership
Plastics background would be a PLUS
