• Demonstrated experience in a call center customer service environment.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Excellent data entry skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets, performing calculations, and analyzing data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, format, and edit documents effectively.
• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing customer orders.
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple calendars and coordinating schedules as needed.
