We are in search of a Receptionist for our team based in NEW YORK, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.
This short-term contract position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally, directing calls as necessary.
- Organizing messenger pick-ups of documents and other items as required.
- Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.
- Efficiently filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Handling copying tasks while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform various administrative tasks.
- Responding to email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner.
- Demonstrating strong data entry skills to maintain accurate customer and business records.
- Using interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and visitors.
- Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed of the date, time, and location. • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems.
