Senior Floor Technician | Part-Time | Sandler Center for the Performing Arts

Position Summary:
The Senior Floor Technician will clean, repair, and refinish floors in a variety of areas in our building
This role pays an hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This position will remain open until June 6, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Floor Care: buffing, waxing, stripping, and carpet cleaning floors of all types
- Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies inlcuding mops, brooms, brushes, pads, and machines
- Safety Following safety procedures and adhearing to orginiazational safety, risk management, and infection control standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in floor care or related field
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Floor techs will be required to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
