Personal Lines Account Manager

Overview:

CBM, an Alera Group Company, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling of client accounts related to:
• New Business
• Renewals
• Endorsements
• Cancellations
• Audits
• Billing/Financing
• Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
• Payments
• Customer Service
• Provide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
• Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Immediately address any customer’s concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve

Qualifications:

• High School diploma / GED required with a minimum of 2+ years of industry-related experience
• Property and Casualty license required (Personal Lines Experience preferred)
• Applied Epic experience preferred
• General knowledge of insurance laws
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
